Hermes helps its operator search, organise and act on information across Google Workspace. It is a private, non-commercial integration and is not offered as a public service.
What it does
When directed by its operator, Hermes can retrieve and summarise email, review calendars, locate files, work with documents and spreadsheets, and look up contacts. It can also combine that information into private workflows such as meeting preparation and daily briefings.
Operator control
Read-only research may run automatically. Actions that communicate with other people or change Google data—such as sending email, changing calendar events, sharing files, or editing documents—require the operator’s approval.
Google data access
Access is granted through Google OAuth and can be revoked by the operator at any time. Google data is used only to provide requested assistant functions; it is not sold or used for advertising.
